Bio

              

From the small town of Horbeak, Tennessee to the big city lights of Nashville, Katie Kendall carries the love for music where ever she goes. Katie has been a Nashville native for nearly a decade, which means that she is no stranger to country music. Singing and performing have both been Katie's true passion throughout her entire life. She embraces an eclectic musical style that is influenced by legendary artists' such as Martina Mcbride, Faith Hill, and Carrie Underwood. For the past 15 years, Katie has entertained audiences with her modern revolution of classic country music. She has performed for an array of music related events, recorded four EP's and two Christmas albums. Katie has performed at many popular Nashville venues including: The Hardrock Cafe, 12th & Porter, The National Underground, Hotel Indigo, along with many others. She transfered to Belmont University in the fall of 2010, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Entertainment Industry Studies with a minor in Music Business. With the help of well-known Nashville producer and drummer Lonnie Wilson, Katie accomplished her fourth EP Leather & Lace in May of 2012, which is now available on iTunes and other select stores! Leather & Lace is by far Katie's best work, which includes four original songs co-written with Madison Hardy and Alexander Conerly. Katie Kendall has the passion, dedication, and desire to take Nashville by storm with her edgy powerhouse vocals, along stage presence that is sure to bring the house down!
